Gross pay calculation is usually used for Executives (CEOs, CFOs, Directors and Board Members); Senior Managers (Sales Manager, Chief Accountant, PR Manager, etc.); Lower-Level Managers (Product Manager, Regional Manager); Specialists in high-end niche sectors (Engineering, IT, Medical); Professionals without managerial responsibilities (Marketing Specialists, Accountants, Brand Managers), and; Staff Office personnel (Assistants, Secretaries, Administration Offices); TehnikaTEMP charges a percentage on brut pay, depends from the pay amount. The percentage varies from 8% to 12% monthly. In the case of 12 month TehnikaTEMP staffing contract, our fee includes:
- Executive, manager or staff recruitment;
- Payroll administrative service;
- Replacement of potential unsuitable candidate in the period of TehnikaTEMP three month guarantee;
- For selected candidate, TehnikaTEMP can provide a company car, phone or laptop. |

Calculation by the work hour is used for blue collar production and factory workers. Due to its complexity calculation is prepared specifically for each client, what also effects on the cost of the service. There are a number of factors needed to be calculated, such as; Number of working shifts; Number of workers; Labour legislation issues; Sick leave average; Vacation average; Worker fluctuation average; Payment terms; Recruitment difficulty’s, and similar. TehnikaTEMP charges a percentage on calculated working hour, this varies from 4% to 12%, and our fee includes:
- Production workers recruitment (local, regional or cross border recruitment);
- Dexterity testing (Purdue Pegboard Test, Grooved Pegboard Test, Hand Tool Dexterity Test, and O’Connor Finger Dexterity test)
- Payroll administrative service and hour monthly calculation;
